By using this website or booking a call with us, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose; if anything is unclear, email work@northwarder.co.

  1. 01Who we are

    Northwarder is run by Eslam Jetli from Giza, Egypt. "We" and "us" in these terms means Northwarder; "you" means anyone using the site.

  2. 02Our services

    The services, past work and prices on this site are general information, not a binding offer. Any project we take on together is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, price, timing and ownership. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

  3. 03Booking a call

    • The intro call is free and puts you under no obligation.
    • Your details must be accurate, and a time is only booked once you confirm it from the link we email you.
    • You can move or cancel at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
    • Occasionally we may need to cancel or move a call. If so, we'll tell you as soon as possible and offer another time.
    • We don't record calls unless both sides agree.

  4. 04Acceptable use

    Don't use the site to send spam or fake bookings, try to break into it, overload it or scrape it, or pretend to be someone else. We may block anyone who does.

  5. 05Intellectual property

    The text, design and code of this site belong to Northwarder. Work shown as case studies belongs to its owners and is shown with their permission. Ownership of what we build for clients is set by each project's written agreement.

  6. 06Third-party services

    The site may link to other websites, and calls take place on Google Meet. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

  7. 07No warranty

    We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. Services and prices may change without notice.

  8. 08Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

  9. 09Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

  10. 10Changes and contact

    We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Any question: work@northwarder.co
