We collect the least we need to reply to you, arrange your call and do the work. We don't sell your data, and there are no trackers or ads on this site.

01Who we are
Northwarder is a studio that builds business systems, online stores and automation, run by Eslam Jetli from Giza, Egypt. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
Any privacy question: work@northwarder.co
02What we collect
Only what you give us yourself, plus the technical minimum to run the site:
- Contact form: your name, email, company, topic and message. It is emailed to us and not stored in a database.
- Booking a call: your name, email, phone number, company, topic, notes, timezone and the time you picked.
- Client area: your email, short-lived sign-in codes, and one cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type in our host's logs. Your IP is also used briefly to limit spam submissions.
03How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To confirm your call, send you the meeting link and reminders, and put it in our calendar.
- To reach you by phone or WhatsApp about the call if the link doesn't work.
- To do the work, if you become a client.
We don't add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your data.
04Who processes it
We use established providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Neon — the database where bookings are stored.
- Resend — sends our emails and reminders.
- Google — Google Calendar and Google Meet for booked calls.
Your data may be processed on servers outside Egypt, mostly in the United States or Europe.
05Cookies and local storage
No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. One sign-in cookie is used in the client area only. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
06How long we keep it
Messages and booking records are kept for as long as they're useful to our conversation or work together, and we review and delete old records periodically. Unconfirmed bookings expire on their own after fifteen minutes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it's used. Email us at the address above and we'll answer within 30 days.
We follow Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have your rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
08Security
The site runs over HTTPS, confirmation and manage links are stored hashed rather than readable, and access to data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
09Children
This site is for businesses and not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect their data.
10Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how your data is used and we have your email, we'll tell you before it applies.
